Even though Ruki said the MC is an exception to the rule because of her heart, I feel like he’s jumping the gun a little. I’m also a bit suspicious of the whole thing. At least they added in the illusion part which makes it somewhat more unique and interesting. Translator’s note: Memory loss, huh? I am pretty sure I mentioned this before in regards to Subaru’s HDB after story but I’m usually not a big fan of the whole amnesia trope.
